He explained every detail about every step we had to take to make sure we received top dollar on our offers. I moved out of state before the closing and Ricardo once again stepped up to the plate and handled the closing for me. Once everything was signed and the sale was complete, Ricardo still followed up with me to make sure funds were deposited and to see if there was anything else he could do to help. While that house didn't work, his energy and enthusiasm convinced us to work with him to find our home. We kept changing our parameters on him but he never blinked. He found a house for us in our ideal neighborhood that was not even listed yet and worked out a deal.
